Mindia Khitarishvili was born 1st of January in 1973 in Batumi (Georgia).
1987-1991 studied at the Batumi Music College in the specialty choir conductor. Simultaneously practiced in the public chapel of the city of Batumi assistant conductor and the actors of the choir. in 1991 continued his studies at the Tbilisi Academy of Music composition class of Professor N.Mamisashvili and 1996, he graduated with honors.
Since 1996 he taught music theory at the Batumi State College and in 2001 Lecturer State University of Arts. introduced a course of polyphony, orchestration, jazz harmony and improvisation.
From 1995 to 2000 worked as a music editor at the Department of State Radio and Television of Adjara.
From 1998 to 2011 worked as a music producer and composer Batumi State Puppet Theatre and Young People.
Composed music for plays around 40. Among them is necessary to note the play "Argonauts." for the music composer, received an honorary diploma and a prize at the international theater festivals in Bulgaria,Serbia,Turkey,Russia,Ukraine.
